FAQ's

Where do you deliver?
We ship to every postal address in Australia with majority of our orders sent via Sendle. 

Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can! Pick up is available at 86 East Derrimut Crescent, Derrimut, 3026, Victoria. Monday to Fridays between 6am to 3pm. Select the pick up option at checkout. 

When will you send my order?
We ship postal orders on Mondays to Wednesdays. We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays as your package will not reach you in time before the weekend and we don't want a freshly baked product sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Our preference is to bake it fresh and ship on the same day, in the hopes it will reach you before the weekend.

When will I get my order?
We ship via Sendle, which typically takes 1-4 Business Days for standard parcels and 2-3 Business Days for express parcels to reach you from the day it is posted. For regional/rural orders, delivery time can be longer.

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you with a tracking code to track your delivery. During holidays, you can expect there may be delays in postage.

How much will shipping cost?
Our standard postage across Australia is a flat rate of $11 and $15 for express deliveries. 

How long do my cookies last?
Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for two weeks from the time you receive them. 
If you don’t plan on eating all of your cookies at once, freeze them on the day you receive them. When ready to eat, simply heat your cookies in a 180C oven for 2-4 minutes until warm and gooey. 

Returns & Refunds
All of our cookies are handmade. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our shop.

Big Orders 
Require catering for a major event? or simply stocking up for a long winter? Either way, we’d love to be involved. Please email chonkyco1@gmail.com at least 14 days prior to your desired pick up date. Include the date you’d like the order for, quantities required and your desired flavours.
